I ran it for a stretch and it was generally fine at legacy+ power level.īear Umbra is trash but can be fun, especially if auras are a supported strategy pillar. Coercive Portal is the more generalist version of that effect if you can tolerate multiplayer wording on 1v1 cards. Mystic Forge seems like you'd need a pretty heavy commitment to a brown only deck. Does this ever get there? Or is 3 CMC just too much? To give you a better sense of my cube, here are some of the most powerful cards: Lightning Bolt, Wasteland, Young Pyromancer, Counterspell, Fact or Fiction, Primeval Titan, Rankle, Inquisition of Kozilek.
Recently, I've been pushing beyond the most common cube cards, and I want help evaluating some of the more niche cards I've found. I maintain an unpowered cube that includes some powerful build-arounds (Recurring Nightmare Tinker + Myr Batttlesphere Sneak Attack but no Eldrazi).
